2012 Pitch Fees

• The park has an eleven-month Season for holiday usage, (strictly non-residential), 1st March 2012 to the 28th February 2013 (the park is closed for the month of January). The 2012 rent is £1,941.44 inclusive of VAT, which is invoiced in January prior to the start of the Season and due by 28th February.
• Electricity units use during the previous Season, inclusive of VAT, will be invoiced prior to the start of the Season and due by 28th February. Piped gas is billed quarterly and gas bottles are payable upon delivery.
• Local Authority Charges/National River Authority (NRA) Water Charges, 2012 rates not yet known, (2011 rate £187), invoiced at the end of June / early July; this covers the period 1st April 2012 – 31st March 2013.
• Compass Insurance Scheme 2012/2013 – annual renewal date 1st August. Insurance premiums are inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax.
