Seasonal tariff / terms

The Park has an eleven-month Season for holiday usage, (strictly non-residential), 1st March 2012 to the 28th February 2013 (closed for the month of January). The rent is £1,210.21 inclusive of VAT, which is invoiced prior to the start of the Season and due by 28th February.
Electricity Units used during the previous Season, inclusive of VAT is invoiced prior to the start of the Season and due by 28th February.
Local Authority Charges/National River Authority (NRA)/Water Charges, 2012 rates not yet known, (2011 rate £187). Invoiced at the end of June/early July; this covers the period 1st April 2012 – 31st March 2013.
Insurance – If you use your caravan for touring we ask for a copy of your current Caravan Insurance Policy for our records. If you decide to site your caravan permanently on the pitch and no-longer wish to tour then you can take advantage of the Park’s insurance scheme called Compass. The annual renewal date is the 1st August. Insurance premiums are inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax.
